Many have asked how they can learn more about the effects of Typhoon Haiyan and how it has impacted Alliance churches in the Philippians. Visit the CAMA services web site at http://camaservices.org/urgent/typhoon-haiyan-relief.php for the most recent updates. At this time dollars are the greatest need. CAMA services has already sent $10,000 for initial help. The Alliance church in the Philippines are assessing how they should best assist the
overwhelming needs. Very soon they will make known what continuing help is needed. CAMA services, in the name of Jesus, partners with other like-minded agencies bringing assistance to suffering people in their time of great need.

IAC has an account at Today’s Yesterdays (a consignment shop near the Safeway in Chester). They are accepting current season’s clothing, household items, jewelry, etc. All items should be in resaleable condition. When you drop off your items, please say that they are for the Island Alliance Church account. Proceeds from the sale of these items will be used to help fund the youth mission trip. This is a great time to clear out those closets!
