News and Notes

Operation Christmas Child

We are collecting items to make up many boxes.  Check out the table for creative ideas.  You can take a box and fill it yourself with whatever items you want.  Hint:  use empty items you include in your shoebox to hold other items!  Be sure not to include military toys, liquids, toothpaste, etc. as listed in the OCC brochure.  Bring your filled box to IAC by November 11.  Be sure to include $9 inside for postage.  Rubber band the box closed; don't use tape.  Additionally, we will have a packing party after church November 11.  Postage will be needed for each box, so if you are able, please take an "ornament" from the display table and bring the postage with you on the 11th.
